Can I see photos or videos of the bales before I pay?

What are your payment terms?

Standard payment terms are T/T (bank transfer) or Cash: 30% deposit to confirm the order, 70% balance before loading. EXW (Ex-Works) price is also available for buyers who arrange their own freight.

How can I tell if a used clothing supplier is a real factory or just a trading company?

First, request an unscheduled video call — a genuine factory can take you on a live walkthrough of their sorting floor and show you their company signage on the spot. A trading company cannot. Second, check their website and social media for real photos taken inside the factory, especially team photos with the factory's own logo or branding visible in the background. Third, look at how often they post factory updates — a real factory shares daily operations, loading progress, and behind-the-scenes content regularly. Third, every trading company adds their margin on top of the factory price. That means you pay more for the same goods, which puts you at a disadvantage against competitors who buy direct.
